When you use Raghav Capital, we process information you provide during registration and onboarding, including your name, mobile number, email address, and address details.

We also process loan-related information that you or your counterparty submit, such as agreement terms, payment schedules, amounts, remarks, and documents you upload as payment proofs.

Technical information such as device type, app version, and log data may be collected to operate, secure, and improve the service.

To authenticate you and provide core features, including agreements, payment workflows, reminders, and in-app document viewing.

To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and important service updates.

To maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Data is stored using secure cloud infrastructure (including Supabase and related storage services). Uploaded files are stored in secure object storage with access controlled by application policies.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us operate Raghav Capital, or when required by law.

Your loan data may be visible to the counterparty you connect with in the app (lender or borrower), as required for the service to function.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support (see our Support page).

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at the email below to submit a request.

You can manage notification preferences in your device settings. Features that open phone, messaging, or other system apps are subject to those apps’ own privacy practices.

To delete your Raghav Capital account, email raghavcapital63@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We will verify your identity and process the request within a reasonable timeframe.

Deleting your account may remove or anonymize personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

Raghav Capital is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are published.
