• How do I get help with my account?

  Email us at raghavcapital63@gmail.com from the address you used to register. Include your registered mobile number so we can verify your identity.

• How do I record a payment?

  Open Pay from your borrower home, choose the lender and due instalment, enter the amount and optional receipts, then submit. Your lender can verify the payment in their app.

• Where can I see proofs and remarks?

  Open the agreement from your home list. Payment schedule rows show remarks and let you view proofs in the in-app viewer. Lenders see the same on their agreement detail screen.

• How do notifications and reminders work?

  The app may send push reminders for due dates when enabled in your device settings. You can also use in-app options to contact your counterparty.

• How do I delete my account?

  Email raghavcapital63@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request” from your registered email. We will confirm once your account and associated data have been scheduled for deletion.

• Does the app transfer money?

  No. Raghav Capital records agreements, schedules, and payment proofs. Actual fund transfers happen outside the app between you and your counterparty.
