By accessing or using Raghav Capital (“the App”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App helps record loan agreements, schedules, payment proofs, and communications between parties. It does not transfer money, hold funds, or provide regulated lending, brokerage, investment, or legal advice.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure.

You must be legally able to enter into agreements in your jurisdiction to use the App.

Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Do not use the App for unlawful purposes, harassment, fraud, or to upload malicious or infringing content.

Respect the intellectual property and privacy of other users.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to operate the App.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any documents or data you upload.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion via our Support page.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
